What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Two Ponds is pet-friendly. We ask that all pets be kept on a leash while on the property grounds and that owners clean up after their animals.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your stay receive a full refund minus the cleaning fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. The $100 cleaning fee is always non-refundable.
Do I need to book activities separately?
Horseback riding and ATV rides should be reserved in advance as availability is limited to weekends (Sat–Sun, 10am–4pm). Hiking, pond access, and campfire areas are included with your stay.
How many guests can the cabin and barn accommodate?
The cabin comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests. The barn is primarily an event space and can accommodate larger groups for day events. Contact us for specific capacity questions.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing your own bedding/linens, towels, food and beverages, sunscreen, bug spray, and appropriate footwear for trails. The cabin has a full kitchen, so bring your favorite groceries!
